The Art Certificate Program

The Art Certificate Program (TACP) is part of Creative Trails, an experiential community support program for adults with intellectual uniqueness. TACP supports artists in fine art and fine craft mediums. This program explores a variety of media and assists artists in honing their personal artistic strengths and style. The program forges connections for exhibition opportunities as well as relationships with community artists.
